Who We Are

As a therapist specializing in individual, family, and couples therapy, my approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep respect for the experiences of each client. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change.

One of the most important indicators of 'success' in therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. We are all in relationships with ourselves and one another, and we can work together to improve all relationships.

My areas of interest include Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, life transitions, and ADHD.

I offer individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults, as well as couple and family therapy.

I have been in the mental health field for over 25 years and in private practice since 2008. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since July 2008, a Clinical Fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and am an Approved Supervisor.

I graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Development and Family Studies an 2000 and from Seton Hill University in 2005 with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Previous job roles include work in Residential Treatment Facilities, Family Based, assistant to psychologist for evaluations, private practice since 2008 and, most recently, was the Director of Athletics Wellness and Therapy Services with The Pennsylvania State University.
